Refunds, cancellation, and unsubscribe
Effective 4 September 2026. Written so leaving is easier than staying, not the reverse.
Cancel a plan
Signed-in: Workspace → Billing. Two actions: cancel at period end, or drop to Free now. Public: /unsubscribe explains both and links you in.
We will not hide the control, rename it “pause”, or require a phone call.
Unsubscribe from email
Every marketing page footer includes Unsubscribe. The page accepts an email address and stores a suppression record. We will not mail that address on purpose after that.
Opting out of mail does not by itself cancel a paid plan — a stranger must not be able to cancel your workspace by typing your address. Plan cancel still happens while signed in.
Refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Checkout collects a card; workspace limits update after payment succeeds. Cancel anytime on Billing — keep the period, or drop to Free immediately.
No automatic refunds. If a processor is later connected, billing errors (double confirm, wrong plan) can be raised via Contact. We do not advertise a 14- or 30-day money-back guarantee because we would not honor a window we did not implement.
Trials
One 7-day Pro trial per Free workspace, started from the workspace home. When it ends, entitlements return to Free unless you confirm another plan. No card required in this deployment.
These pages are the live contract for this instance. Have qualified counsel review them before you take real payments or process real personal data at scale. No document can waive fraud or rights a statute says you cannot sign away.
