Copyright and notice
Effective 4 September 2026.
Our software
Scrapely’s code, marks, and documentation are owned by Operator or its licensors. You get a license to use the service, not ownership.
Third-party content
Copyright in posts stays with the original authors and platforms. Caching for search is intended to stay within what the source license and applicable law allow.
Takedown notices
If you are a rights holder and believe a stored record infringes, send a notice via Contact that includes: your contact details, the work claimed, the exact record URL or id, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized. We may remove the record while we look.
Counter-notices can be sent the same way. We are not a US-registered DMCA agent in this document; do not assume a statutory safe harbor until Operator files the actual designation.
These pages are the live contract for this instance. Have qualified counsel review them before you take real payments or process real personal data at scale. No document can waive fraud or rights a statute says you cannot sign away.
